Actions Taken (2024-25)
Sexual Harassment Policy
Implemented a zero-tolerance approach and communicated expected behaviours to all employees.
Training
Conducted training for managers and employees to identify and prevent exploitation, forced labour, and harassment.
Child Labour Policy
Reinforced commitment to hire only individuals aged 18 and above with clear remediation steps for breaches.
Environmental & Community Initiatives
Promoted charity support and environmental responsibility through dedicated programs and roles.
Plans for 2025-26
- Maintain compliance with employment policies, health & safety, anti-harassment, and anti-bribery practices.
- Conduct surveys and risk assessments to monitor policy effectiveness.
- Ensure fair wages and safe working conditions across all locations.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and equity in all aspects of the workforce.
- Induct new employees on modern slavery awareness and provide refresher training every 3 years.
- Engage suppliers to ensure ethical practices and prevent modern slavery within the supply chain.
